Daron Young is a real estate investment executive with over 20 years of experience across acquisitions, development, and tax-advantaged strategies. As CEO of a San Diego-based real estate family office from 2014 to 2025, he directed over $1 billion in investments while nearly tripling assets under management. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Master of Real Estate Development from USC, with prior roles at The Irvine Company and Ivory Homes.
Daron and his family have lived in and around Carlsbad for the last 11 years. He and his wife are the parents of one son and two daughters. He enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, and loves spending time snowboarding, surfing, waterskiing, hiking, camping, and traveling with family and friends.
